For use of Southwestern Bell Cultural Center (SWBCC)
The following guidelines must be followed:

You are allowed to bring in food and beverages from the outside. However, you are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages. This is an ALCOHOL FREE FACILITY. No alcohol is permitted.

Use of Main Facility:

1. You are responsible for the set up of tables, chairs and equipment.
2. You are responsible for maintenance and the return all equipment back to its proper location.
   This Includes:
   TV/VCR Overhead Projector/Screen Microphone
   Popcorn Machine Access to Computer Line Phone Line
   Extra chairs and tables used Original tables and chairs
3. Use of the facility is free for students, faculty, and staff.  There is a $100 fee for community members for use of the facility.
   

Use of Kitchen:

1. All appliances, stove, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, counters, floors must be clean and left in good condition.
2. All trash cans must be emptied and taken to dumpster.
3. There is a non-refundable $25 fee for use of the kitchen for all users.
   

Use of Restrooms:

1. Must be left tidy and neat.

Note: Your refund will be returned after an inspection of the facility and all the guidelines have been met.
